Deterministic Barcode Parsing with Human Confirmation

Decode only the fields needed for the visit, show the result for confirmation, and apply a short, documented retention schedule. StructOCR's driver license PDF417 API decodes the barcode and parses the AAMVA record without asking a generative model to reconstruct unreadable values. The API does not make access-control decisions or validate the person's entitlement to enter.
