Deterministic Barcode Parsing with Human Confirmation

Use the PDF417 response to pre-fill the agreement, ask the customer to confirm, and restrict access to the stored identity fields. StructOCR's driver license PDF417 API decodes the barcode and parses the AAMVA record without asking a generative model to reconstruct unreadable values. Collect only necessary fields and define deletion rules for identity-document information.
